The programme will provide me with key analytical tools and skills in innovation, marketing and project management. I have broadened and deepened my understanding of the dynamics of business and it has provided me with the modern concepts and ideas necessary in today's business world. My assignments and in house company project have allowed me to utilise my new knowledge but more importantly, have given me the opportunity to further develop my understanding of team dynamics. In studying the ideas and concepts of innovation, I have developed a clearer understanding of the role innovation plays in promoting and cultivating change in organisations. Combining my knowledge with my experience provides me with an unique skill-set to offer to any organisation. PLANS AND OBJECTIVES FOR FUTURE CAREER My previous employment roles have provided me with a clear understanding of the need for organisations to develop and grow. Change is a requirement for a successful company.
