I am a financial services professional with 25 years experience working across a diverse range of functions
covering investment accounting and administration, treasury, business analysis, data management, supplier
management, investment products and IT. I thrive in a busy environment and have a proven track record in

• I set up a new Data Quality function within the organization to deal with data problems which were
prevalent on a number of key business systems. All data problem reported to the Data function were
captured and recorded and systematically dealt with. Data problems reported reduced by 80 % within
twelve months.
• I redesigned and simplified the income and collateral management processes within the team resulting in
a reduction in headcount of 2 people and also improved the lead time for the production of key
reconciliations.
• Specified and implemented a new system process for new financial product set-ups to multiple platforms.
This resulted in an improvement of up to 2 days in making the product available to clients, in an
environment where speed to market is key.
• Embedded control checks into daily tasks which reduced errors by over 98% and built a culture of
continuous improvement within the team.
• Co designed a bespoke innovation audit tool for a development association (BIP2)
• Co developed a risk management and compliance tool for Irish Credit Unions (BIP2)
