• Created an innovative budget management system for the Marketing department and coordinated a
budget of over €23m on behalf of the Marketing Director.
• Exceeded field sales targets while ensuring 100% paperwork compliance to become a mentor for new
staff.
• Organised a National Photographic event in Italy showcasing Irish photographers, food and music which
included the patronage of an Irish Government Minister and Bord Bia sponsorship
