I have a strong work ethic and can communicate and interact in three languages, (Lithuanian-native,<br />
Russian and English). Highly reliable, responsible, and accountable; always stepping in when required to<br />
manage staff shortfalls. I have a strong commitment to everything I do, a high level of company loyalty<br />
and an ability to work and stay calm in highly pressurised environments. I combine this with excellent<br />
problem solving skills, a positive attitude and the ability to get on with others while getting the job done.<br />
With a self-motivated nature and a proactive approach, I am focused on delivering results, and am always<br />
seeking the opportunity to increase profits and staff motivation. My work skills are all highly transferable<br />
to differing sectors. I combine this with new skills of product and process innovation, market research and<br />
project management. I have excellent customer service skills including complaint handling and excellent<br />
organisational skills, including writing and organising staff and task schedules. Extremely proficient in MS<br />
Office suite.<br />
The <strong>DCU</strong> Ryan Academy Business Innovation Programme taught additional skills such as how to manage<br />
projects, business innovation processes and tools, new product development processes and market<br />
research.<br />
PLANS AND OBJECTIVES FOR FUTURE CAREER<br />
To seek employment with a progressive company where I can add value by utilising my skills and abilities<br />
to help drive the business forwards. I am more focused on an opportunity to grow and learn in an<br />
organization than on the level of position being offered. I am prepared to put in the hard work and work<br />
my way up in a company demonstrating great customer service skills, sales ability and administration<br />
capability. My ideal role would involve initiating new ideas, growing professionally and improving<br />
productivity and team work and directly or indirectly increasing sales revenues.<br />
Short term goals would be to use my skills to assist and the company in achieving its goals, learning new<br />
skills, and becoming consistently more productive. Long term goals would involve growing with a<br />
company, learning and contributing as much value as possible, eventually being one of the top performing<br />
employees or leading a very successful team to achieve and surpass all goals set.<br />
PERSONAL INTERESTS<br />
Thirst for knowledge. Reading personal development books. Market Research. Spending time with friends<br />
