GLOSSARY OF TERMS<br />
Administration is the management of human, physical and financial resources through<br />
planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Planning involves projecting the future;<br />
establishing objectives; developing policies, programs, procedures, and schedules for<br />
accomplishing those objectives; and budgeting adequate resources for the task. Organization<br />
involves developing an organizational foundation, delegating responsibilities, and establishing<br />
interpersonal relationships. Leading involves making decisions; communicating ideas; and<br />
selecting, enlisting, training, and motivating people. Controlling involves establishing<br />
performance standards; then measuring, evaluating, and correcting performance on the basis of<br />
those standards. Those who are gifted in adminstration are effective managers.<br />
AGENT OF REGENERATION<br />
The Holy Spirit is the agent of regeneration, i.e., the Member of the Trinity most active in<br />
the actual regeneration of the believer.<br />
<strong>AN</strong>OINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT<br />
When a believer yields to God, and in faith asks to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Eph.<br />
5:19) God will give power to accomplish a task. The filling of the Spirit is also called the<br />
annointing of the Spirit. The anointing is directed as a preparation for a specific task. It is a<br />
divine enablement for a specific act of service. The implication of this designation is that of<br />
repeated anointings. This is illustrated by David who was anointed more than once. service.<br />
BIBLE EXPOSITIONAL CHURCH<br />

teaching ministry from the pulpit often reflected with an expository Bible teaching emphasis in<br />
other aspects of the church ministry.<br />

A unique worship style paradigmn for church ministry which emphasizes fellowship<br />
relationships between Christians usually nurtured through an extensive cell group ministry at the<br />
core of all the church does in ministry.
