� Output Module: Activates the output device when faces are detected under Mask Filter or<br />

when the system is unable to detect faces under Mask Filter (Inverse Alarm). Assign an<br />

output module <strong>and</strong> pin number for the device.<br />

� Never Recycle: Prevents recorded events from being recycled when the disk becomes full.<br />

5. Click the Test button to see if the settings have been configured according to your preference. If<br />

you have set a detection interval, the test will only run for the number of seconds you specified.<br />

6. To activate the function at certain times only, click the Schedule button <strong>and</strong> select Active<br />

Schedule. For details, see Video Analysis Schedule later in this chapter.<br />

7. Click OK to apply the settings.<br />

8. Start monitoring to run the application.<br />

Note:<br />

1. Events triggered under Mask Filter or Mask Filter (Inverse alarm) will be recorded to the<br />

<strong>System</strong> Log, <strong>and</strong> can be played back in ViewLog. In the <strong>System</strong> Log, the events are recorded as<br />

Face Count under the Event column.<br />

2. The face counting results will only be saved when Enable Web Report is selected <strong>and</strong> the<br />

GV-Web Report is connected.<br />
