(Dynamic Lan IP =1 min, Dynamic WAN IP = 5 min) 2. Unable to use the two-way audio feature. � Check whether port 6550 is available. � Check the client PC’s sound card driver. � This feature requires DirectX 9.0 or later. Perform upgrade if necessary. � This feature requires Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. Perform upgrade if necessary. � Check whether Wave out is enabled. (Click the Configure button, select General Setting and select Camera / Audio Install to enable Wave Out.) 3. Unable to run MPEG4 Encoder Viewer and WebCam RPB. � The security level of your IE browser may prevent WebCam components from downloading to your PC.
