¿Cuáles deben ser las características de un indicador?(regresar al escenario problémico)Los indicadores son poderosas herramientas de gestión que permiten mantener unamirada permanentemente actualizada de la situación, tomar decisiones y verificar siéstas fueron o no acertadas. Un indicador ideal seleccionado debe tener diferentesatributos, entre los cuales los más importantes son:• Que sea simple: debe ser de fácil elaboración.• Que sea válido: debe medir realmente lo que se quiere medir.• Que sea sensible: debe ser capaz de poder identificar las distintas situaciones enlas cuales hay un problema.• Que sea específico: debe ser capaz de identificar solo los casos donde hay unproblema de calidad.• Que sea confiable: los mismos resultados pueden ser reproducidos por observadoresdiferentes.
