El progreso es ahora una misión compartida por todos los seres humanos y por todas
las sociedades del mundo. Al dar el primer paso en la tercera centuria desde la gesta de
1811, el lema más palpitante en el aire de la Patria es “innovación”. Sólo de la mano
de la innovación llega el verdadero progreso. Y esta verdad se nos hace presente con
renovada evidencia y comprobatorias prácticas cada vez más elocuentes.
Progress is now a shared mission for all human beings and for all the societies of the
world. While giving the first step into the third century since the heroic deed of 1811,
the most throbbing theme in the country´s air is “innovation”. Only by the hand of
innovation comes real progress, and this truth becomes present with renewed evidence
and provable practices that each time are more eloquent.
