Truites au bleu<br />

(for one steam basket)<br />

Serves 2<br />

2 whole trout<br />

1 tbsp lemon juice<br />

2-3 sprigs of parsley<br />

4 lemon slices<br />

Water level in base pan: min.<br />

1. Finely chop parsley – with a chopper<br />

attachment of a <strong>Braun</strong> food processing<br />

appliance, for instance. Clean trout and<br />

wash well. Place in steam basket. Drizzle<br />

with lemon juice and steam for 20 mins.<br />

2. Carefully remove trout from the steam<br />

basket with a pancake turner and place on<br />

serving dish. Sprinkle chopped parsely<br />

over trout and garnish with lemon slices.<br />

Serving suggestion: Boiled potatoes<br />

topped with melted butter and a dry white<br />

wine make a perfect complement to this<br />

classic fish dish.<br />

Fish / Pescado<br />

Truchas “Au bleu”<br />

(un contenedor)<br />

2 Personas<br />

2 truchas enteras<br />

1 cucharadita de zumo de limón<br />

2 ó 3 ramitas de perejil<br />

4 rodajas de limón<br />

Nivel de agua en la base: mínimo<br />

1. Picar el perejil (con el Accesorio Pica -<br />

dor de <strong>Braun</strong> Minipimer). Limpiar y lavar la<br />

trucha. Colocarla en el contenedor, rociar<br />

con zumo de limón y cocer al vapor durante<br />

20 minutos.<br />

2. Retirar con cuidado la trucha del contenedor<br />

con una pala y colocarla en un<br />

plato. Espolvorear con perejil picado y<br />

decorar con rodajas de limón.<br />

Un complemento perfecto de este clásico<br />

plato de pescado son las patatas hervidas<br />

con mantequilla derretida por encima y un<br />

vino blanco seco.
