Meatballs on Savoy<br />

Cabbage<br />

(for two steam baskets)<br />

Serves 4<br />

500 g ground meat<br />

600 g savoy cabbage<br />

1 egg<br />

1 small onion<br />

salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg<br />

6 tbsp breadcrumbs<br />

3 tbsp semolina<br />

Water level in base pan: max.<br />

1. Finely chop onion. Coarsely chop cabbage.<br />

2. Knead ground meat, egg, onion and<br />

spices to make a meat farce. Add enough<br />

breadcrumbs and semolina to make the<br />

farce firm and easy to shape.<br />

3. Form eight meatballs of equal size and<br />

place in lower steam basket.<br />

4. Place savoy cabbage in 2nd steam<br />

basket, position above meat balls and<br />

steam both for 40 mins.<br />

5. Put cabbage in a warmed vegetable<br />

dish and pour vegetable liquid from the<br />

drip pan over it. Arrange the meatballs on<br />

top. Serve hot.<br />

Multisystem saves time and work in processing<br />

the food for this recipe: Chop the<br />

cabbage with the coarse slicing disc. Use<br />

the blade to make the minced meat from<br />

500 g of beef and to chop the onion. Mix<br />

the farce with the kneading attachment.<br />

Albóndigas<br />

con Col<br />

(dos contenedores)<br />

4 Personas<br />

500 g carne<br />

600 g col<br />

1 huevo<br />

1 cebolla pequeña<br />

sal, pimienta, pimentón, nuez moscada<br />

6 cucharaditas de pan rallado<br />

3 cucharaditas de sémola<br />

Nivel de agua en la base: máximo<br />

1. Picar la carne con el Accesorio<br />

Picador de <strong>Braun</strong> Minipimer.<br />

2. Picar la cebolla. Cortar la col.<br />

3. Amasar la carne picada, el huevo, la<br />

cebolla y las especias para hacer el picadillo.<br />

Añadir bastante pan rallado y sémola<br />

para que el picadillo espese y sea fácil de<br />

trabajar.<br />

4. Hacer ocho albóndigas del mismo<br />

tamaño, colocarlas en el contenedor infe -<br />

rior.<br />

5. Poner la col en el segundo contenedor.<br />

Colocarlo encima de las albóndigas.<br />

Cocer ambas al vapor durante 40 minutos.<br />

6. Poner la col en un plato precalentado<br />

y verter por encima el líquido de la verdura<br />

de la bandeja recogedora. Distribuir las<br />

albóndigas encima de la col. Servir muy<br />

caliente.
