a) patients présentant une carcinose péritonéale minime (réséquée) lors de la chirurgie de la tumeur<br />
primitive, ou <strong>des</strong> métastases ovariennes, ou une perforation de la tumeur primitive, ou une effraction<br />
« iatrogènique » de cette tumeur,<br />
b) patients ne présentant aucun signe décelable de récidive tumorale au bilan réalisé à la fin <strong>des</strong> 6 mois<br />
de chimiothérapie adjuvante suivant l’exérèse du primitif<br />
Cent trente patients devront être inclus, sur une durée de 3 ans.<br />
