Durant la COP 21, le
Fouquet’s a exposé les
plus beaux clichés de
Fabrice Milochau.
En décembre dernier, a eu lieu à Paris la COP 21,
sommet international organisé par l’ONU autour
du climat et de l’environnement. L’hôtel Le
Fouquet’s a, tout naturellement, pris part à
l’événement, en accueillant nombre de
délégations des pays participants. Au-delà de sa
mobilisation logistique, l’hôtel a aussi marqué son
engagement en matière de développement
durable, à travers une exposition photographique
originale de l’artiste Fabrice Milochau, intitulée
Planète France et réalisée en collaboration avec le
Fonds Sylvain Augier. Celle-ci présentait, sur la
façade même de l’hôtel, des photos grand format
de paysages extraordinaires de France où l’artiste
magnifie la diversité naturelle de nos régions.
L’exposition magistrale sur les Champs-Élysées
avait pour objectif de promouvoir, sensibiliser et
agir pour la sauvegarde de notre patrimoine
paysager dans toute sa diversité.
Autre écho à ce rendez-vous international, le chef
étoilé Pierre Gagnaire a signé, pour le restaurant
Fouquet’s, un menu “Bon pour le Climat”. À base
de produits locaux et de saison, ces délices
s’agrémentent d’une vraie éthique verte et
vertueuse, bénéfique pour la santé comme pour la
planète !

The COP 21, an
international summit on
climate change
organised by the UN,
took place last
December, in Paris.
Naturally, the Hotel Le
Fouquet’s played its part
in the event by
welcoming a number of
delegations from
participating countries.
Beyond its logistical
mobilisation, the hotel
also underscored its
commitment to
sustainable development
with an original
photographic exhibition
by the artist Fabrice
Milochau, entitled Planet
France and created in
collaboration with the
Sylvain Augier Fund.
This displayed, on the
actual façade of the
hotel, large format
photos of extraordinary
French landscapes, in
which the artist glorifies
the natural diversity of
our regions. The aim of
this masterly exhibition
on the Champs-Elysées
was to promote awareness
and action for the
conservation of our
environmental heritage
in all its diversity.
As another echo of this
international meeting,
Michelin-starred chef
Pierre Gagnaire created a
“Good for the Climate”
menu for the Le
Fouquet’s restaurant.
Based on local, seasonal
products, these delicious
dishes also adhere to
good environmental
ethics, which benefit
both our health and the
planet!
