Costa, champion du monde de jiu-jitsu, a<br />
récemment intégré le team des coaches du U Spa<br />
Barrière. Il saura développer le potentiel physique<br />
de chacun en se basant sur les techniques des<br />
arts martiaux dans une approche ludique et<br />
accessible à tous.<br />
Pour finir en beauté ce périple parisien, Yannick<br />
Bastoni évoque l’AccorHotels Arena et sa<br />
décoration très réussie. L’ancien Palais<br />
Omnisports de Paris-Bercy a renforcé son allure<br />
spectaculaire qui en faisait déjà la plus belle<br />
enceinte de la Capitale. On y retrouvera les<br />
ingrédients qui ont fait sa renommée<br />
internationale : le sport et les spectacles. Côté<br />
artistes, David Guetta, le groupe Muse ou encore<br />
Céline Dion s’y produiront les mois prochains.<br />
Côté sport, la salle accueillera cinq championnats<br />
du monde (escalade, karaté, handball, lutte,<br />
hockey sur glace) d’ici 2017, sans oublier le<br />
Masters 1000 qui l’ancre chaque automne dans<br />

its colonnaded pool – a lagoon with a constant<br />
temperature of 30°C. If that seems too peaceful<br />
for some, he reminds us that Antonio Da Costa,<br />
the Jiu-Jitsu world champion, has recently joined<br />
the U Spa Barrière’s team of coaches. He will be<br />
able to increase anybody’s physical potential<br />
based on a fun approach using martial arts<br />
techniques that is open to all.<br />
To complete this tour of Paris in style, Yannick<br />
Bastoni brings to our attention the AccorHotels<br />
Arena and its new decoration, which is a big<br />
success. Already the most beautiful venue in the<br />
capital, the former Palais Omnisports de Paris-<br />
Bercy has reinforced its spectacular appearance.<br />
All the ingredients that made it internationally<br />
renowned are still present: sports events and<br />
concerts. On the music side, David Guetta, Muse<br />
and Céline Dion will be appearing there in the<br />
coming months. On the sports side, the hall will<br />
host five world championships (climbing, karate,<br />
handball, wrestling and ice hockey) between now<br />
and 2017, not forgetting the Masters 1000, which<br />
every autumn brings it to the fore of international<br />
