Il y a quelques semaines, La Scarpetta, un nouveau concept de bar à pizza moderne, a<br />
ouvert ses portes dans les Halles Cartier. Imaginée et créée par le chef copropriétaire<br />
du Graffiti, Yannick Fortin, cette nouvelle bannière italienne de restauration rapide offre<br />
un lieu unique où pizzas fraîches, comptoir de prêt-à-manger aux saveurs authentiques<br />
et boutique d’accessoires de cuisine se côtoieront. Sur place, les clients pourront<br />
sélectionner leur choix parmi plus de dix pizzas de base sur lesquelles il sera possible<br />
d’ajouter une variété de garnitures gourmandes provenant de fournisseurs locaux.<br />
The Scarpetta opens its doors!<br />
A few weeks ago, La Scarpetta, a new concept of a modern pizza bar, opened its<br />
doors in Halles Cartier. Designed and created by Graffiti co-owner Yannick Fortin, this<br />
new Italian fast-food banner offers a unique place where fresh pizzas, a ready-to-eat<br />
counter with authentic flavours and a shop for cooking accessories will be served. On<br />
site, customers will be able to select from more than ten basic pizzas to which they can<br />
add a variety of gourmet toppings from local shops.
