Saham - saham tersebutdicatatkan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tanggal 09 Februari 2010. Seluruhsaham perusahaan sebanyak 4.842.436.500 lembar saham pada tahun2010 telah dicatatkan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia.The Company has received Effective Statement No: S-858/BL/2010 onJanuary 29th 2010 from the Head of Capital Market and FinancialInstitution Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM - LK) for limited publicoffering of 1,038,976,500 shares of B Series of par value of IDR 100 pershare, at an offering price of IDR 500 per share. Those shares werelisted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on February 9th 2010.
