Selisih antara aset bersihyang diakuisisi berdasarkan nilai buku dengan biaya perolehan sebesarRp190.393.598 dicatat sebagai selisih transaksi restrukturisasi entitassepengendali dalam akun ekuitas.Pada bulan Juni 2014, Perusahaan mengakuisisi 99,98 % saham PTPrimajasa Aldodua dengan nilai perolehan sebesar Rp44.336.744.552,dari YKKPP, pihak berelasi dan berada dibawah pengendalian yangsama dengan Perusahaan. Nilai buku PT Primajasa Aldodua padatanggal akuisisi sebesar Rp44.004.864.237. Selisih antara aset bersihyang diakuisisi berdasarkan nilai buku dengan biaya perolehan sebesar(Rp338.756.075) dicatat sebagai selisih transaksi restrukturisasientitas sepengendali dalam akun ekuitas.In June 2013, the Company acquired 99,99% ownership in PTPrakarsa Dirganeka (PDA), with an acquisition cost ofIDR29,000,000,000, from YKKPP, a related party and an entity undercommon control. PDA‟s book value on acquisition date amounted toIDR29,190,393,598.
