Adjustment Manual
Tight-End BRIDGE
Caution
When adjusting string height and intonation, make sure to
do so after loosening the saddle lock bolts (Fig. 55 B) sufficiently.
Be careful, because if you make the adjustments
without loosening the saddle lock bolts, it can cause damage.
String height adjustment
The tight end bridge can adjust the saddle string height for each
string individually. Adjust the string height for each saddle with the
string height adjustment screws (Fig. 55 A) using the wrench included
with the unit.
Intonation adjustment
Adjust the intonation by moving the saddle position forwards and
backwards. For adjustment, adjust each bridge intonation adjustment
screw (Fig. 56 C) from the back side of the bridge with a
standard screwdriver.
Saddle fastening
After adjusting the string height and intonation, tighten the saddle
lock bolts (Fig. 55 B) and fasten the saddle.
After fastening the saddle, lightly tighten the intonation adjustment
screws (Fig. 56 C) (to the extent that there is no effect on the saddle
position). This has the effect of preventing loosening due to the
effects of string vibration, etc.
Caution
Be careful, because overtightening can cause damage.
FIXED BRIDGE
Install strings by inserting them from the back of the guitar body
through the string-retainer ferrule. To adjust the action, use the
Allen wrench included with the guitar to turn the height adjustment
screw of each saddle (Fig. 57 A). To adjust the intonation,
use a Philips (+) screwdriver to turn the intonation adjustment bolt
(Fig. 57 B) of each saddle from behind the bridge.
