Cleaning<br />

Printhead<br />
If the nozzles seem to be clogged and characters are not<br />
printing completely, clean the printhead as described below:<br />
1 Press Setup and find ‘MAINTENANCE’ by<br />
pressing ➛ or ❿.<br />
2 Press Start/Enter and scroll to ‘CLEAN HEAD’<br />
by pressing ➛ or ❿.<br />
3 Press Start/Enter.<br />
The test pattern is printed.<br />
4 Examine the test pattern.<br />
If print quality does not improve, re-install the<br />
cartridge and repeat CLEAN HEAD. If the line is<br />
still broken, wipe the nozzles and contacts.<br />
