Il mercato è destinato a salireancora, poiché gli immobili sono diventati oggetto deldesiderio dei protagonisti dello jet set internazionale,come Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Madonna, è stata spessoospite di Donatella Versace a Villa Fontanelle, a Moltrasio,Anche Silvio Berlusconi, si era interessato perVilla Pizzo, una dimora di grande charme, che sorgeaccanto alla celebre Villa d’Este, a Cernobbio.La limitata estensione del territorio costiero, non devetrarre in inganno perché in poche altre località italianesi può trovare una tale varietà di tipologie ambientali,di panorami, d’insediamenti umani. In una manciatadi chilometri si passa dall’alta montagna al lago, dallavallata alpina selvaggia alla collina, dall’area urbanaai villaggi di poche case, dalle piste da sci alle oasifaunistiche. Lepri, fagiani, cervi, camosci, stambecchi,uccelli rapaci popolano queste valli, ancora integrenel loro stato di conservazione. Le splendide dimore,costellanti il Lario e la Brianza, incastonate in lussureggiantigiardini, sono la migliore testimonianza delfascino che, nel tempo, la provincia di Como ha saputotutelare e accrescere.Caratteristica particolare dei giardini è la presenzadi piante tipiche di zone calde, come l’alloro, l’ulivo edi essenze tropicali che prosperano grazie al clima dellago, particolarmente mite. Fu proprio agli albori del1800 che Bellagio diventò, tra le prime nel mondo, unavera località turistica internazionale che ancora oggi,mantiene intatto le caratteristiche dell’antico borgo,restando il più possibile fedele a sé tessa.Meta di tutti i turisti dell’area lariana, consideratala vera perla dl lago di Como che perpetua l’elogio diStendhal: “La più bella veduta che esista al mondo, dopoil Golfo di Napoli”, ambientando qui alcuni passaggi delsuo romanzo “La Certosa di Parma” nel 1817. Da semprepoeti e artisti ne sono rimasti affascinati a partire daPlinio il giovane, passando da Flaubert, Liszt, per citarnealcuni, fino ai giorni nostri con Clooney. Tra le piùfamose prestigiose ville con i giardini del lago di Como,c’è senz’altro Villa Serbelloni. La villa fu costruita nel‘400 per Marchesino Stanga, modificata nel ‘500 dallafamiglia Sfondrati e passò, alla fine del ‘700, ai duchiSerbelloni che lasciarono intatta la costruzione, maampliarono il maestoso parco.TuttoTravel73
