Kaffenberger AG è parte integrante del
gruppo Helbling con nuova ragione sociale
Helbling Kaffenberger AG. L’obiettivo perseguito

unico.
Dr. Heinz Kaffenberger rimarrà in carica nella
nuova società per rendere agevole a

taken over the Kaffenberger AG
Chemical Mergers and
Acquisitions
Kaffenberger AG and Helbling Corporate
Finance AG have been working
together as cooperation partners
for many years. The growing success
of this strategic alliance has
lead to the next logical step: as of
January 2010, Kaffenberger AG is a
part of the Helbling Group and will
operate under the new name Helbling
Kaffenberger AG.
The two companies are looking forward
to serve both the clients of Kaffenberger
and Helbling as one team
in the future.
Dr. Thilo Heinz Kaffenberger will stay
with the company in order to ensure
a smooth transfer for the clients
and business partners. Thus, the
company will be able to offer the

strengthened by the broad knowledge
of Helbling Corporate Finance
