ALBERDINGK ® 100 OP: L'OLIO DI LINO A BASE DI POLIMERI URETANICI PER TUTTE LE APPLICAZIONI DEL LEGNO Con il nuovo polimero oleoso a modificazio ne uretanica Alberdingk ® 100 OP, Alberdingk Boley persegue la propria strategia operativa combinando i leganti a base di materie prime sostenibili, dotate di massime proprietà prestazionali. Alberdingk ® 100 OP è un polimero disciolto in olio di lino che offre chiari vantaggi grazie alla sua versatilità ed adattabilità ad ogni specie di legno. I campi di applicazione sono gli oli impregnanti o gli oli per il trattamento del legno su qualunque genere di legname. Il prodotto offre buona resistenza alle macchie sia sui substrati di legno duro che di legno dolce. Questo polimero, oleoso al 100%, offre un’eccellente termostabilità del legno, paragonabile ai tradizionali leganti a base solvente. Grazie alla modificazione uretanica, può essere applicato come sistema mono-componente o bi-componente. Inoltre è utilizzato negli attuali sistemi a base-solvente per ridurre la quantità di composti organici volatili. Il contenuto di risorse rinnovabili di Alberdingk ® 100 OP è pari a più dell’80%, il che significa che approssimativamente 2.3 kg di anidride carbonica sono stati legati durante la sintesi del prodotto, riconfermando la strategia della sostenibilità perseguita da Alberdingk Boley. Diversamente da molti sistemi tradizionali a base-solvente, quest’olio uretanico al 100% è conforme alla legislazione REACH. Alberdingk ® OP 100 is a polymer dissolved in linseed oil which offers clear benefits by its versatility as it is suitable for all wood species. Application fields are impregnations or woodcare oils on any kinds of lumbers. The product offers good stain resistance on both, hardwood as well as on softwood substrates. Besides, this 100% oil polymer offers excellent woodwarming, which is comparable to traditional, solvent-borne binders. Thanks to urethane-modification, it can be applied as one-component or two-component system. Besides, Alberdingk ® OP 100 is being used in existing, solvent-borne systems in order to reduce the amount of Volatile Organic Compounds. The renewable resource content of Alberdingk ® OP 100 is more than 80%, which means that approx. 2.3 kg of carbon dioxide is being bonded during the synthesis of the product. This fact positively tops off the Alberdingk Boley concept of sustainability. Contrary to many traditional, solvent-based systems, this 100% urethane oil complies with REACH legislation. The high yield makes it possible to soak an area of approx. 25 m 2 per li tre of material, which leads to clear economic benefits.
