Mystery story
The mistery of the poisened woman
It was a rainy and dark afternoon, at 14:45 p.m when
Mr.Jones, the most famous detective of Manhattan, received a call. It was
a desperate boy, crying:
— Help me, please! I arrived home and I saw my mother
dead in the kitchens floor. I need your help now!
When MR.JONES arrived, he started to observe the scene crime. He didn´t
found any cut in her body, so, probably it was poisoned. He asked to the
boy where his family were. The boy answered that he had already called
to them, and they were coming,
When everybody arrived home, Mr. Jones started to asked questions for
each one.
The first suspect was the babysitter of the family. Mr. Jones
asked:
— So Anna, tell me where were you at the moment of the
crime?
— Well, after lunch I went to the supermarket answered
Anna:
— I almost sure that the victim was killed by poisoned, and
you are the only person that cooks in the house. So you are in the top of
my suspect´s list.
— I know it, but I wasn´t here at the time. I was at the
supermarket, two squares from:
— Okay, Anna. I´ll investigated
Mr.Jones went to that supermarket. And asked to the manager if he could
see the images of the camera. The manager accepted, and they saw Ana
at the supermarket at the time. She wasn’t bying. She told the truth.
Then, Mr.jones asked to Steve, the father, what he was doing at the
moment.
— I was working at my office when I noticed that I had
forgotten my laptop. So, I went back to get it.-said Steve
— Did you see Lauren, your wife?-asked Mr. Jones.
— Yes. The last time was I saw her, she was still crying
because of our argument.
— What time was it?-asked the detective.
— I think it was about 13:30 p.m-Steve said.
At this moment, the bell rang. It was their neighbor. Mr.Jones asked her if
she heard any noise or something suspect.
