— When I was watering the garden, I heard Steve and Lauren
arguing. And about 1 hour after that I heard a scream-said the neighbor
-Was Steve there at the moment of the scream?-asked Mr.Jones
— No. When I listened the scream he had already left.- said
the neighbor
-Did you see anyone arriving at the moment of the crime?-Mr.
Jones
-Yes, I saw Peter and Lucca, Lauren´s sons, coming back from
school. I think that in the moment of the scream, just Lauren and her two
sons were at home.
-So, the boys were at home at 14:45 P.M? I ´ll talk to them.
Mr. Jones called Peter, the younger.
-Hey, Peter! How old are you?-asked Mr.Jones, trying to make
the boy feeling better.
-I´m ten…-said the boy crying.
-My son is ten too…
-Ahhh
-So, Peter, what do you know about the crime?-asked Jones.
-Lucca and I arrived from school together. I went to my bedroom and I
think Lucca went to the TV room. About ten minutes later, Lucca went to his
friend´s house. And I went to the kitchen to eat something…and…I saw…my
mom dead on the floor-said Peter, crying.
-What were you doing at your bedroom? Can I enter there?
-Yes, you can.
Mr. Jones started to investigate his bedroom. And he found, under Peter´s
bed, something suspicious: the poise bottle.
-What´s this Peter? What does it means?-said Jones.
-I…I don´t know. What´s this? Is it a kind of drug? Because if it
is don´t know even how to use it.-said peter desperate.
-Wait, wait. I ‘ll explain: this thing killed your mother. –
explained Mr.Jones.
The boy started crying again.
-Calm down. I´ll solve this problem.
Jones though:”or he really doesn´t know what it was or he is lying and he
killed his mother for some reason”
-Lucca, come here , please-said Jones-What where you doing
when you came from school?
-Aham yes,- answered Lucca, not paying attention in what
Jones said , because he was sending mensages on his cellphone.
-Can I see your cellphone?-asked Jones
-No, It´s mine!
-I´ll just see it.
