CR Complete Response: disappearance of all target lesions<br />
PR Partial Response: At least a 30% decrease in the sum of the longest diameters of<br />
target lesions, taking as reference the baseline sum of the longest diameters<br />
PD Progressive Disease: At least a 20% increase in the sum of the longest diameters of<br />
target lesions, taking as reference the smallest sum of the longest diameters recorded<br />
since the treatment started, or any new lesions<br />
SD Stable Disease: does not qualify for PR or PD<br />
