Radiofrequency application can be done in any season
Dr Figen Akın who has stated that the pain was seen in minimal
level in the procedure, continued her words as follows. “For
patient’s comfort, local anaesthetic creams are applied to the
application areas one hour before the application. Radiofrequency
application can be done in any season” she said. Dr Akın who told
that the application lasted 30 minutes for the face area, made
the following statement. “PRP kits, growth factors and products
containing hyaluronic acid can be applied to the skin to enhance
post-treatment effect.”
Radiofrequency treatment should not be applied to pregnant
women and nursing mothers Dr Figen Akın, Skin Diseases
Specialist, who has said that radiofrequency treatment could
not be applied to patients with metal prosthesis or pacemakers,
those with autoimmune disease, those under radioactive therapy
and those with wound or dermatitis at the site of application,
concluded her words as follows; “In addition to these diseases,
this treatment cannot be applied to pregnant women, nursing
mothers and to patients who are being treated with active cancer.
The treatment should also not be implemented to the patients
who has undergone surgical intervention in the last 3 months to
the area which is going to be treated, patients with a history of
poor wound healing such as keloid, and to the patients who have
skin with the features of very thin, excessively dry and fat tissues
as well” she said.

bir saat önce uygulama alanlarına lokal anestezik
kremler sürülür. Radyofrekans uygulaması her mevsim
yapılabilir” açıklamasında bulundu. Uygulamanın yüz
bölgesi için 30 dakika sürdüğünü anlatan Dr. Akın,
“İşlem sonrası etkiyi güçlendirmek için cilde PRP kitleri,
büyüme faktörleri ve hyalüronik asit içeren ürünler
uygulanabiliyor” şeklinde konuştu.
Radyofrekans tedavisi gebe ve emziren annelere
uygulanmamalı
Radyofrekans tedavisinin vücudunda metal
protezi veya kalp pili olanlara, otoimmün hastalığı
olanlara, radyoaktif tedavi altında olanlara ve
uygulama bölgesinde yara veya dermatiti olanlara
uygulanamadığını söyleyen Deri Hastalıkları Uzmanı
Dr. Figen Akın, “Bu hastalıkların yanı sıra gebelere
ve emziren annelere, aktif kanser tedavisi gören
hastalara, tedavi edilecek alana son 3 ay içerisinde
cerrahi müdahale uygulanmış hastalara, keloid gibi kötü
yara iyileşme öyküsü olan hastalara ve cildi çok ince,
aşırı kuru ve yağ dokusunun iyi olmadığı hastalara da
radyofrekans tedavisi uygulanamıyor” dedi.
