Podrška Skupštini Srbije u procesu
evropskih integracija
U saradnji sa Odborom za evropske integracije
Narodne skupštine Republike Srbije i Kancelarijom
Saveta Evrope u Beogradu EPuS je pokrenuo
Program podrške Skupštini Srbije u procesu
evropskih integracija čiji je cilj da poboljša informisanost
lokalnih i regionalnih korisnika i zainteresovanih
građana o vrednostima i principima demokratskih
društava na kojima je Evropska unija
zasnovana kao i da se predstavi proces pristupanja
i pregovaranja za naše članstvo u EU, a pre svega
uloga Narodne skupštine Republike Srbije u tom
procesu.
Cilj nam je bio i da nastavimo rad na komunikaciji
o različitim aspektima procesa evropske
integracije, kao i da pružimo priliku učesnicima
da u kontaktu sa predstavnicima Narodne Skupštine
Republike Srbije, predstavnicima državnih
institucija i stručnjacima, dobiju šire znanje koje
se odnosi na evropske integracije, regionalnu saradnju
i neophodne reformske procese u našem
društvu.

institucijama
Uz podršku OEBS u nekoliko ciklusa je implementiran
edukativni program za Parlament Srbije i
Autonomne pokrajine Vojvodine, usmeren ka unaing
social entrepreneurship, creating a more favorable
social and legal environment for its development
and lobbying relevant decision-maker
for the adoption of regulations and investments
into development of social entrepreneurship.
The book on “Social Enterprise and the Role of an
Alternative Economy in the Process of the European
Integration” was published at the end of the
first year of implementation. The second year was
focused on women in the labor market and the opportunities
that can be developed within the context
of social entrepreneurship. The survey conducted
with focus groups, subsequently published
as a book, is an important source for understanding
the position of women in transitional Serbia.
An international conference entitled “Social Entrepreneurship
- Opportunities and Prospects” was organized
in 2010. The conference brought together
all the relevant national stakeholders, distinguished
guests from abroad, representatives of civil society
and universities dealing with this topic, as well
as representatives of existing social enterprises.
During the last three years, partnerships were established
with the Law Faculty in Nis, the International
University of Novi Pazar, the Faculty of
Political Sciences in Belgrade, the National Employment
Service, the Team for Social Inclusion
and Poverty Reduction of the Deputy Prime Minister
of the Serbian Government, Group 484, and numerous
individuals and organizations. The project
is being implemented with the support of the Olof
Palme Foundation.
Godišnjak Evropskog pokreta u Srbiji
Organizovani su okrugli stolovi u Subotici, Valjevu,
Novom Pazaru, Novom Sadu, Majdanpeku i Prokuplju,
na kojima je direktno učestvovalo oko 300, a
indirektno 10 000 građana.
Projekat je podržao Balkanski fond za demokratiju
i Zajednička inicijativa EU i Saveta Evrope za podršku
parlamentarnim institucijama.
Support to the Parliament of Serbia in the
European Integrations Process
In cooperation with the Committee for European
Integrations of the Parliament of the Republic
of Serbia and the Office of the Council of Europe
in Belgrade, the EMinS has launched a “Support
Program for the Serbian Parliament”, entirely devoted
to the Serbia’s European integrations. The
goal of the program is to improve the flow of relevant
information to local and regional beneficiaries
and interested citizens, to increase citizens’
knowledge on the EU values and principles, to
present the whole process of negotiations with the
EU more thoroughly, and, above all, the role of the
Parliament in that process.
