Projekat „Primenjena nostalgija“ je zamišljen kao
serija zajedničkih izložbi dva eminentna fotografa
iz Srbije i zemlje predsedavajuće EU.
Ideja je da autor iz Srbije poseti glavni grad zemlje
predsedavajuće EU i tokom sedam dana boravka u
tom gradu fotografiše mesta, događaje, scene i ljude
koji ga podsećaju na rodno mesto. S druge strane,
autor iz zemlje predsedavajuće EU boravi u Beogradu
i fotografiše grad objektivom ”nostalgičnog” fotografa.
Autori zatim biraju po 20 fotografija, koje se
kasnije prikazuju na izložbama istovremeno organizovanim
u Beogradu i glavnom gradu zemlje predsedavajuće
EU.
Projekat je započeo 2007. godine, i do sada je realizovan
u saradnji sa sledećim zemljama: Portugalija,
Francuska, Češka i Švedska.
Nosilac projekta je Kabinet potpredsednika za
evropske integracije Vlade Republike Srbije.

carried out monitoring “packages” of the work of
the public institutions in their communities. Prior
to this phase, a training period was organized on
the methodology and tools specially created for this
project, for all those involved. The focus was on the
evaluation of the implementation of the law in the
fields of public procurement, conflict of interest,
free accession to public information, and consecutive
enforcement of the Law on the Ombudsperson
and the Law on Local Self-government. After
collecting the data quantitatively, the analysis was
presented in a series of round tables with civic associations,
representatives of public institutions
and journalists with the aim of collecting qualitative
data.

in hard copy and are also available in electronic

Evropa za sve
Projekat je do sada realizovan u tri ciklusa.
Prvi ciklus je bio namenjen svim punoletnim građanima/građankama,
koji su imali preporuku neke
institucije, organizacije ili uglednog pojedinca, a
koji do sada nisu putovali u inostranstvo.
Cilj je bio da se pobednicima omogući neposredni
susret i upoznavanje sa gradovima, ljudima i kulturom
četiri evropske zemlje u okviru promovisanja
ukidanja viza za građane Srbije. Njih 50 odbranih
na javnom konkursu su imali prilike da u periodu
19. do 26. decembra, 2009. godine posete sve važne
institucije i spomenike kulture tokom šestodnevnog
putovanja kroz Rim, Pariz, Berlin i Brisel.
Prvi ciklus su podržali: Delegacija Evropske unije u
Beogradu, Ambasada Francuske, Ambasada Italije,
Ambasada Nemačke, kao i kompanija Jat Airways,
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla, Banca Intesa, ERSTE banka,
Delta Generali.
Drugi ciklus je bio namenjen deci bez roditeljskog
staranja iz domova u Beogradu, Nišu, Kruševca,
Negotina i Sremskih Karlovaca. Četrdesetoro dece
The project was implemented in cooperation with
Lawyers for Democracy and supported by the National
Endowment for Democracy.
Applied Nostalgia
The project “Applied Nostalgia” has been designed
as a series of photography exhibitions by
two eminent photographers, one from the Republic
of Serbia and the other from the EU Presidency
country.
The project takes one author from Serbia who visits
the capital of the EU Presidency country; over
a period of seven days the author takes photos of
places, events and people that remind him/her on
his/her own city. On the other side, the author from
the city that presides the EU comes to Belgrade and
takes photographs through the eyes of a “nostalgic”
photographer. Both authors, then, select 20 photographs
for the exhibition that opens on the same
day in both Belgrade and a capital that chairs the
EU Presidency.
The project began in 2007 and, to date, it has been
implementing in cooperation with the following
countries: Portugal, France, the Czech Republic
and Sweden.
