3.1 projektgebiet a/Gartenstadt Süd
Städtebauliche Ziele
• Das Projektgebiet soll insbesondere durch die
Schaffung neuer öffentlicher Wegebeziehungen in die
südliche Innenstadt sowie in den Landschaftspark
Goitzsche bzw. den Goitzschewald vernetzt werden.
• Eine typologische Bandbreite von verschiedenen
Wohnformen zur Strukturierung des neuen Quartiers
ist ausdrücklich erwünscht. Durch die unterschied-
