In Teilbereichen wird eine Bautypologie empfohlen, die<br />
den (goitzsche-) sportaktiven Familien gerecht wird, d.h.<br />
es sollen bauliche Angebote für die Ansprüche von Freizeitsportlern<br />
(Radfahrer, Kanuten, Segler, Surfer, Skater,<br />
Walker) entwickelt werden. Denkbar sind verschiedenste<br />
Angebote des Miteinanderwohnens von Jung und Alt;<br />
d.h., im Geschosswohnungsbau sollte wohnungsbezogener<br />
privater Freiraum in Form von Terrassen oder Gärten<br />
vorgesehen werden.<br />
Haus- bzw. Wohngemeinschaften für Ältere sollten nur in<br />
planning programme<br />

In sub-areas, a building typology that is in line with<br />
families that are active (Goitzsche) sports enthusiasts<br />
is recommended, that is, buildings that meet the needs<br />
of hobby sportsmen and -women (cyclists, canoeists,<br />
sailing enthusiasts, surfers, skaters, walkers) should be<br />
developed. Conceivable would be a wide range of models<br />
of living together for young and old, that is, in apartment<br />
blocks there should be private open spaces in the form of<br />
terraces or gardens.<br />
