weniger präsentiert. Der Gemeinschaftsstand, einer typischen italienischen Piazza nachempfunden, sollte als idealer Standort für Treffen mit Kunden und Besuchern dienen. Viele Aussteller berichteten von qualitativ hochwertigen Gesprächen mit Top-Kunden. Es wurden während der Messe auch Vertragsabschlüsse in die Wege geleitet und häufig unter Dach und Fach gebracht. Dies wurde auf der Messe als Signal für eine deutliche Belebung der internationalen Nachfrage bewertet. Angesprochen auf die Herkunftsländer der Besucher nannten viele Aussteller in Halle A3 besonders oft Russland und Osteuropa, aber auch den Nahen und Mittleren Osten sowie Südamerika und Indien. Die gerade im internationalen Vergleich außergewöhnlich hohe Internationalität und die umfassende Produktpalette waren aus Sicht der Aussteller in diesem Jahr mehr denn je die Trumpfkarte der ceramitec. Die Besuchereinbußen ließen sich aus Sicht vieler Aussteller durch das in diesem Jahr deutlich internationalere Publikum kompensieren. ceramitec und Tecnargilla – Was passiert 2006? Das war eine oft gestellte Frage der Aussteller und Besucher. Die Ankündigung, die Tecnargilla im Zwei-Jahres-Rhythmus und somit 2006 im selben Jahr wie die ceramitec durchzuführen, stieß bei den befragten Grobkeramikern und Anlagenbauern teilweise auf Unsicherheit und Unverständnis. Speziell für die Aussteller als Zulieferer der Grobkeramik kann es 2006 eine schwierige Entscheidung werden: Gehen sie nur auf eine Messe oder auf beide, dann aber mit reduziertem Einsatz? Für 2006 ist wahrscheinlich noch entscheidend, wie sich die italienischen und deutschen Keramikmaschinenhersteller verhalten. Eine zukünftig nicht zu vernachlässigende Größe ist auch die Entwicklung des Maschinenbaus in anderen Ländern, wie z. B. China, und wie sich die Anlagenbauer dieser Länder in der Zukunft verhalten werden. Paul Eirich sagte auf der Eröffnungspressekonferenz: „Mit China ist ein neuer Mitbewerber auf dem Markt, mit dem die europäische Industrie mittelfristig verstärkt rechnen muss. In China hat sich innerhalb verhältnismäßig kurzer Zeit eine starke Keramikmaschinenindustrie entwickelt, die zunehmend und teilweise schon jetzt mit Erfolg versucht, zu exportieren. Das zeigt auch die Präsenz 15 chinesischer Aussteller auf der ceramitec. Bei der letzten ceramitec vor drei Jahren waren es nur zwei.“ Produkte und Innovationen Die ceramitec 2003 war, wie schon die ceramitec 2000, keine Messe der großen Neuheiten. Gezeigt wurden vor allem Optimierungen an bestehenden Maschinen, Anlagen und Systemen sowie verbesserte Automatisierungslösungen. Die Zi-Redaktion hat sich auf der ceramitec 2003 umgeschaut und die Neuheiten zusammengestellt, die in den Vorberichten in Zi 7/2003, Zi 8/2003 und Zi 9/2003 nicht detailliert beschrieben wurden. Auf Grund der großen Ausstellerzahl und des hohen Besucheraufkommens an den Ständen war es nicht möglich, mit allen Zulieferern der Grobkeramik zu sprechen. Die Übersicht erhebt daher keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit. Vorstellen wollen wir auch ausgewählte Neuheiten aus den Gebieten Fein-, Feuerfest- und Technische Keramik. Vielleicht sehen wir manche Lösungen schon auf der nächsten ceramitec – angepasst für die Grobkeramik. – Fis – more than ever the trump cards of the ceramitec this year. Many exhibitors held the view that the decline in the number of visitors was compensated this year by the definitely more international attendance. ceramitec and Tecnargilla – What will happen in 2006? This question was posed often by exhibitors and visitors. The announcement that the Tecnargilla would now be held every two years and therefore in 2006 in the same year as the ceramitec, met partly with uncertainty and lack of understanding among the heavy clay specialists and plant constructors who were asked about the situation. Especially for the exhibitors supplying the heavy clay sector, 2006 will call for a difficult decision: Will they go to only one fair or to both, but with reduced expenditure? A decisive factor in 2006 will probably be how the Italian and German ceramic machinery manufacturers will react. Another aspect not to be ignored in future is also the development of the machine construction sector in other countries such as China, and how the plant constructors in these countries will act in future. At the opening press conference, Paul Eirich said: “With China a new competitor is on the market, which the European industry must reckon with to a greater extent in the medium term. Within a relatively short period of time a strong ceramic machinery industry has developed in China, which is increasing its efforts to export, to some extent already with success. This is demonstrated by the presence of 15 Chinese exhibitors at the ceramitec. At the last ceramitec three years ago there were only two.” Products and innovations ceramitec 2003 – like the ceramitec 2000 – was not an exhibition of great new developments. Above all, optimizations of existing machines, plants and systems as well as improved automation solutions were shown. The Zi editorial staff has looked around during the ceramitec 2003 and has put together a summary of the new developments which were not described in detail in the preview reports in Zi 7/2003, Zi 8/2003 and Zi 9/2003. Due to the large number of exhibitors and the hosts of visitors on the stands, it was not possible to talk to all suppliers of the heavy clay sector. News Rotho präsentierte „Die Revolution in der Schnelltrocknung“ Das auf der ceramitec 2000 mit größtem Interesse bedachte Schnelltrocknerkonzept MobilSystem mit Prallanströmung ist inzwischen marktreif. Rotho präsentierte das lieferfähige MobilSystem als Originalversion. Viele Gesprächspartner bezeichneten dieses als ein Messe-Highlight auf dem Gebiet der Grobkeramik. MobilSystem Das MobilSystem setzt mit der integrierten Prallanströmung der Formlinge sowohl im Hinblick auf die Trocknungszeiten als auch auf die Trocknungsqualität einen völlig neuen technischen Standard. Mit dem Mobil- System, das sowohl für Flächen- als auch für Zubehörziegel geeignet ist, wird ein wirtschaftlicher Trocknungsprozess mit einem hohen Maß an Prozesssicherheit realisiert. Dabei kann die Trocknungszeit um bis zu 75 % verkürzt werden, und das bei einer deutlichen Qualitätssteigerung des getrockneten Ziegels. Eine Aktivierung vorhandener Trockner ist möglich.
