and Spullersee offer hobby fishermen an extraordinary

is healthy. And if you would like to establish a personal
relationship with your food, there are several
places in Lech Zürs you can throw a line. The
fishing association Lech which manages the fish
lake in Zug and the territories of Lechbach and
Spullersee sells day tickets even without proof of a
passed fishing exam. For beginners the idyllic and
family-friendly fish lake is ideal. Equipped with
fishing rods, bait and good tips anyone can catch
trout and char here and have their catch freshly
prepared for them.
Fishermen’s bliss is only a bite away
The alpine Lechbach on the other hand is a proper Eldorado for
pros. On a length of 17 km the sophisticated discipline of fly fishing
is permitted – and nothing else! While some parts of the river
are easily reached, others require a local guide. The wonderful
mountain landscape by Spullersee, at an altitude of 1,810 m,
makes waiting for a fish to bite a true pleasure. Nearly everyhwere
in this 50 hectare reservoir will you find rainbow trout, brown trout
or lake trout as well as lake chars and speckled trout. “Petri Heil!”
