Saunatraum im Bad
Mit dem Sauna-Modell Viitta holt B+S Finnland
Sauna die klassische Blockbohlensauna
aus dem Keller ins Bad. Eine moderne, glatte
Verkleidung ummantelt den traditionellen Kern
aus Blockbohlen. Mit der schicken Schale in
vielen Designvarianten – wie schokobraunes
Makassar-Parkett oder knalliges Rot – passt
sich die Viitta-Sauna jedem Baddesign an.
Ändert sich der Einrichtungsstil, lässt sich die
Design-Ummantelung wieder austauschen.
Innen ist die klassische Sauna wie gewohnt aus
massivem Fichtenholz und wird ergänzt mit
Glas, Edelstahl-Elementen und einem finnischen
Naturstein-Ofen, der sanfte Strahlungswärme
verteilt. Der Abstand zwischen Blockbohlenwand
und der Verkleidung sowie zusätzliche
Lüftungsschlitze am Boden sorgen für
eine ausreichende Hinterlüftung. „Softsaunen“
ab 50 Grad oder dem klassischen Schwitzbad
bei rund 90 Grad ist möglich.
Finnish luxury in the bathroom
The classic log sauna no longer has to be hidden
away in the basement. It can now take
pride of place in the bathroom thanks to Viitta
from B+S Finnland Sauna. The traditional logs
at the heart of the sauna are enclosed in a
modern smooth cladding. This comes in many
different designs – such as chocolate brown
ebony flooring or crimson red – so the Viitta
sauna will match any bathroom décor. And
when you change the décor in your bathroom
you can simply change the cladding. Inside is
a classic sauna with solid pine, complemented
by glass, stainless steel and a Finnish stone
stove that radiates gentle heat. The spacing
between the log wall and the cladding, together
with the slits in the floor, ensure adequate
ventilation. This means that “soft sauna
mode” at 50 degrees or classic “sweat mode”
at 90 degrees is possible.

Nischenlösung mit Schwung
Die Schwing- und Gleittürserie Hüppe Classics
schafft Platz im Bad. Teilgerahmte Türsegmente,
filigrane Rahmenleisten, konkave Griffleisten
– das dezente Design der „Hüppe Classics“
passt zu jeder Badeinrichtung. Die „Hüppe
Classics“, eingesetzt als Schwingtür in der
Nische, ermöglicht in kleinen Bädern einen
Duschbereich mit komfortablem Einstieg. Der
Raumspartrick: Der Drehpunkt der Duschtür ist
nach innen verschoben. Da die Tür gut 15 cm
von der Wand entfernt aufschlägt, wird der
Kollision mit anderen Badinstallationen oder
zum Heizkörper vermieden. Die Tür besteht aus
6 mm starken Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglas.
Nahezu flächenbündige Scharniere und auf
Wunsch „Anti-Plaque“-Glas, das wasserabperlend
und kalkabweisend wirkt, machen die
„Hüppe Classics“ reinigungsfreundlich.

consists of 6 mm thick single-sheet safety
glass. Flush-mounted hinges and the option of
anti-plaque glass, which keeps dirt and lime
scale deposits to a minimum, make “Hüppe
Classics” showers easy to clean.

Inspired by nature
The hand showers in the new Rainshower Natural
Colors Collection from Grohe feature natural
stone colors and the clean lines of the Icon
series. The range draws inspiration from
nature’s organic color palette of muted stone
hues – Sandstone, Limestone, Clay, Marble,
Slate and Granite – reflecting popular material
choices found in the bathroom and matching
many different types of wood finishes. The
water is uniformly distributed through the nozzles
in the round head to produce a pleasant
rainshower effect. Pressing the color-matched
EcoButton on the handle reduces water consumption
by up to 40 percent.
