Die Entwicklung der Schule
Das Prinzip der Schule war und ist einleuchtend:
Auszubildende der Süßwarenindustrie
gehen für drei Monate im
Jahr in die ZDS, um die Vielfalt der Süßwarenherstellung
in der Theorie sowie
in der Praxis an geeigneten Spezialmaschinen
zu lernen. Das Besondere an der
ZDS ist die industrienahe Ausbildung, die
gemeinsam mit den industriellen Arbeitgebern
eng abgestimmt wird.
Nach und nach wurde die ZDS in allen
Bundesländern als Bundesfachschule
anerkannt. Im Jahre 1957 legte die Hälfte
der Fachlehrlinge die erste Lehrabschlussprüfung
in Solingen ab.
Inzwischen hat sich die ZDS zum zentralen
erfolgreichen Aus- und Weiterbildungsinstitut
der Süßwarenbranche mit
einem modernen und vielfältigen Dienstleistungsangebot
entwickelt. Durch die
