The Central College of the German Confectionery Industry (German acronym: ZDS) is an international
competence center of the confectionery industry and a partner for professional education and further
training as well as product and process development.
We want to increasingly internationalize the high professional competence of the ZDS in Germany and
actively accompany the global advancements in the confectionery industry.
AIMS
• To provide a competence and service center for the continuous further development of products and technical
installations, taking into consideration the raw materials
• To actively accompany the international and global developments in the industry
• To expand the room for maneuver, competence and know-how, in order to get better and faster results
• To demonstrate, promote and optimize our existing strengths and skills
• To develop problem awareness and solutions
• To promote the professional training and the personality development of the trainees that are entrusted to us
