„Zum Beispiel Schokolade“, erklärt
Frau Pernot-Barry. „Diese Kurse sind ein
Klassiker der ZDS; hier lernen die Teilnehmer
alles von der Kakaobohne bis
zum fertigen Produkt. Im theoretischen
Unterricht lernen die Teilnehmer alles
über die Rohstoffe und ihren Einfluss
auf die unterschiedlichen Herstellungsprozesse
und das Endprodukt bis hin zu
Verpackung und Haltbarkeit.“
Die Seminare der ZDS richten sich an
die gesamte Süßwarenbranche, vom
Berufsanfänger bis zum erfahrenen
Profi. „Viele Teilnehmer kommen aus
der Produktentwicklung und aus der
Produktion; wir bieten aber auch Basiskurse
für Verkäufer an. Viele ehemalige
Schüler halten ihr Wissen frisch durch
eine kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in
unserem Hause.“

right down to the finished product. In
the theoretical instruction, the participants
learn everything about the raw
materials and their influence on the different
production processes and the
end product right down to its packaging
and perishability.”
The seminars of the ZDS are aimed at
the entire confectionery industry from
beginners to experienced professionals.

development and production, but we
also offer basic courses for salespersons.
Many former pupils refresh their
knowledge through continuous further
education at our college.”
