Ermüdungen. Die Variante Cola mit Coffein
enthält pro Portion 50 mg Coffein aus
natürlichem Guarana-Extrakt. Coffein aus
Guarana wird langsam freigesetzt und
kann so länger wirksam sein. Zink trägt zu
einem normalen Säure-Basen-Haushalt
und Kohlenhydrat-Stoffwechsel bei.

gel, making it quick to consume without
having to drink more water afterwards.
The combination of maltodextrin, glucose,
and fructose provides a minimum of 26g
of long- and short-chained carbohydrates
per portion. Vitamin C is important for
the energy metabolism and helps reduce
fatigue. The caffeine-containing version,
Cola with caffeine flavour, contains 50mg
caffeine from natural guarana extract per
portion. By binding with other ingredients,
caffeine from guarana is released slowly,
making it effective for longer. Zinc
helps maintain normal acid base and
carbohydrate metabolism.

durch eine optimierte Zusammensetzung aus Kohlenhydraten,
Fett und Eiweiß erreicht. Er erfüllt mit einem Gehalt von ca.
66 % Kohlenhydraten die Empfehlung der DGE (Deutschen
Gesellschaft für Ernährung), mehr als 50 % des Energiebedarfs
durch Kohlenhydrate zu decken. Die Herstellung erfolgt auf
Basis natürlicher Haferflocken. Der Riegel enthält die für den
Energiestoffwechsel notwendigen Vitamine B 1
, B 6
und Niacin
sowie das „Sportler-Mineral“ Magnesium und das „Knochen-
Mineral“ Calcium.
This carbohydrate bar with its optimised formulation of
carbohydrates, fat and protein fulfils the modern requirements
for a sports bar. The German Nutrition Society (DGE)
recommendation, that more than 50% energy requirement should
be covered by carbohydrates is fulfilled by the formulation of the
Xenofit sports bar with its content of around 66% carbohydrates.
Production is based on oat flakes without addition of tasteintensifier
fats. Xenofit carbohydrate bars also contain important
vitamins – especially vitamins B 1
