Residential Density Standards<br />
CC Base Residential Density: 18.5 units per acre<br />
Regulating Code<br />
DD Density Bonus: Density bonuses <strong>of</strong> up to 35% (maximum <strong>of</strong> 5 units<br />
per acre) are allowed per the requirements <strong>of</strong> Article XXI (Density<br />
Bonus Program) <strong>of</strong> the Zoning Ordinance.<br />
Parking Standards<br />
