Residential Density Standards
CC Base Residential Density: 18.5 units per acre
Regulating Code
DD Density Bonus: Density bonuses of up to 35% (maximum of 5 units
per acre) are allowed per the requirements of Article XXI (Density
Bonus Program) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Parking Standards
