Balconies may project up to 4’ from the facade provided that at least<br />

10’ <strong>of</strong> vertical clearance is provided between the sidewalk and the<br />

lowest point <strong>of</strong> the bay window.<br />

Bay Windows may project up to 3’ from the facade provided that at<br />

least 10’ <strong>of</strong> vertical clearance is provided between the sidewalk and<br />
