Building Placement E Build to Line: A storefront facade is required at a 0’ to 5’ setback along the entire length of the lot’s front lot line (lot line along Main Street). Storefront/building entrances may be recessed into the storefront facade. Exception: To create a publicly accessible paseo that links the sidewalk to a rear parking facility, the Planning Director may allow a 10’ wide segment of the lot’s front property line to be open or unoccupied by a storefront facade. Exception: To create a driveway that links Main Street to a rear parking facility, the Planning Director may allow a 30’ wide segment of the lot’s front property line to be open or unoccupied by a storefront facade.
