Regulating Code<br />
Residential Density Standards<br />
U Base Residential Density: 5 units per acre<br />
V Density Bonus: Density bonuses <strong>of</strong> up to 35% (maximum <strong>of</strong> 34 units<br />
per acre) are allowed per the requirements <strong>of</strong> Article XXI (Density<br />
Bonus Program) <strong>of</strong> the Zoning Ordinance.<br />
Parking Standards<br />
W The following parking options are allowed:<br />
o Surface parking (to rear <strong>of</strong> buildings)<br />
o Underground parking<br />
o Tuck-under parking<br />
Standards for the above parking option are provided in Section 4.3.<br />
