Regulating Code
Residential Density Standards
U Base Residential Density: 5 units per acre
V Density Bonus: Density bonuses of up to 35% (maximum of 34 units
per acre) are allowed per the requirements of Article XXI (Density
Bonus Program) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Parking Standards
W The following parking options are allowed:
o Surface parking (to rear of buildings)
o Underground parking
o Tuck-under parking
Standards for the above parking option are provided in Section 4.3.
