Fe Bongolan<br />

Contracts Administrator – Facilities Bond <strong>Program</strong><br />

Ms. Bongolan has been Contracts Administrator for the <strong>San</strong> <strong>Francisco</strong> Unified School District<br />

(SFUSD) since 2005, working specifically on capital design and construction contracts for the<br />

District’s Proposition A 2003 and 2006 Bond <strong>Program</strong>s, as well as administrative oversight for the<br />

review, approval, award and issuance of the District’s Facilities and Design department contracts. She<br />

is in charge of the bid documentation and ensures that required prevailing wage language is included in<br />

specific contract compliance requirements for the District. Ms. Bongolan also responds to public<br />

records requests by providing relevant documents for processing to the District’s Office of Equity<br />

Assurance.<br />

Previous professional experience includes two years as Manager of the Contracts Division at the SF<br />

<strong>Public</strong> Utilities Commission, two years as Administrative Manager for SF Department of <strong>Public</strong> Works<br />

Project Management Division working specifically on the ten-year Clean Water capital program for the<br />

City of <strong>San</strong> <strong>Francisco</strong>, and for the Earthquake Safety <strong>Program</strong> Phase 2, as contract administrator and<br />

expediter for the seismic retrofit and renovation of three major Civic Center buildings: City Hall, Civic<br />

Auditorium and War Memorial Opera House. Prior to assuming her duties with SFUSD, she has<br />

worked as a consultant to minority and women-owned engineering consulting firms on contracting and<br />

payment expedition.<br />

Susan Ortega-Resurreccion<br />

Administrative Analyst – Facilities Bond <strong>Program</strong><br />

Ms. Ortega-Resurreccion has been Administrative Analyst and Office Manager for the Prop A<br />

2003/2006 Bond <strong>Program</strong> at <strong>San</strong> <strong>Francisco</strong> Unified School District (SFUSD) since 2005. She is<br />

principally responsible for all payment processes for the Bond <strong>Program</strong> from individual vendors to<br />

construction contractors, including progress payments, retention releases and final closeout payments.<br />

Prior to this experience, she was Administrative Assistant for three years at the SFUSD State and<br />

Federal <strong>Program</strong>, which was in charge of Title I N&D and Title V federal programs.<br />

Al Bautista<br />

Management Assistant – Facilities Design & Construction<br />

Al Bautista has been working for Facilities Design & Construction at <strong>San</strong> <strong>Francisco</strong> Unified School<br />

District since 1986. He currently has experience in Human Resources, development of departmental<br />

procedures in project management, contracts, bidding, accounts payables, budget and office<br />

management in addition to serving as an assistant to the Chief of Facilities. He is currently involved in<br />
