Exclusion criteria:
o A systemic disease of the locomotor system.
o When the movements of the hip can not be carried out.
o If a patient can not lie on the examination table.
Guiding information
All clients are told that the researcher may not know about the existence of any
specific pelvis complaints.
Condition to participate in the study was to read and sign the informed consent
(which has been done by each patient).
The study was approved by the ethical committee of the Dresden International
University.
In the period from May 2012 to June 2012 all patients met the inclusion criteria.
Responsiveness
55 women signed up to participate in the study, of which 40 actually participate by
filling in the Dallas Pain Questionnaire and have been tested.
All 55 women which were 4-6 weeks postpartum were approached to make an
appointment for the examination.
Some women were as a result of childbirth unable to come to the examination.
Some women could not be contacted due to several reasons (wrong phone number
etc.).
1 woman could not participate due to a systemic locomotor disease and therefore
excluded from the study.
