Splitting the totals up per section, the emotional section <strong>of</strong> the DPQ shows an average <strong>of</strong><br />

20.1 to a maximum <strong>of</strong> 115. The physical section show an average <strong>of</strong> 26.4 up to a maximum<br />

<strong>of</strong> 126.<br />

The <strong>ASLR</strong> test was positive for 8 subjects with pelvic instability. This test was first performed<br />

without <strong>and</strong> afterwards with compression. On one or more <strong>of</strong>t he other instability test, 25<br />

women score positive. To give a positive score on this test following criteria need to be<br />

fullfilled:<br />

The test without compression causes <strong>pain</strong><br />

The test with compression causes no <strong>pain</strong><br />

In order to discuss the results in a structured way, we are going to discuss the results per<br />

hypothesis.<br />

5.2 Hypotheses<br />

5.2.1 Hypothese 1<br />

H0: There is no difference between the women who score positive on the Dallas Pain<br />

Questionnaire <strong>and</strong> the women who score negative on the Dallas Pain Questionnaire.<br />
