o Also significant differences were found for instability tests including ASLR in respect
to the DPQ total score and the scores on the physical and psychoemotionel sections
of the DPQ. These differences conclude that the instability tests in this study show a
clear distinction in the total score of the DPQ and its sections ( physical and psycho-
emotional). This shows that this combination of tests (DPQ and functional tests) may
be of value to diagnose pelvic instability.
o The differences that seemed to be not significant enough in this study, are the
differences in the other functional tests in respect to the DPQ total score and its
sections. It is recommended that this study will be repeated with a larger population
to clarify whether the “other” instability tests in this study excluding the ASLR test
are of importance in the diagnosis of pelvic instability .
