Syntax<br />

<strong>SAS</strong>HELP=library-specification<br />

library-specification<br />

can be any valid DDname or the name of the physical file that comprises a <strong>SAS</strong> data<br />

library; the DDname must have been previously associated with the <strong>SAS</strong>HELP <strong>SAS</strong><br />

data library, using either a TSO ALLOCATE command or a JCL DD statement.<br />

Details<br />

If the <strong>SAS</strong>HELP= option is not specified, then the value <strong>SAS</strong>HELP is used.<br />

<strong>SAS</strong>LIB= System Option<br />

Specifies the DDname <strong>for</strong> an alternate load library<br />

Default: <strong>SAS</strong>LIB<br />

Valid in: configuration file, <strong>SAS</strong> invocation<br />

Syntax<br />

<strong>SAS</strong>LIB=DDname<br />

DDname<br />

is the DDname of a single load library or a concatenation of load libraries that <strong>SAS</strong> is<br />

to search be<strong>for</strong>e it searches the standard libraries. The DDname must be allocated<br />

be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>SAS</strong> is invoked.<br />

Details<br />

The <strong>SAS</strong>LIB= option can be used to specify a load library that contains Version 5<br />

<strong>for</strong>mats, in<strong>for</strong>mats, and functions.<br />

<strong>SAS</strong>USER= System Option<br />

Specifies the location of the <strong>SAS</strong> data library that contains the user profile catalog<br />

Default: <strong>SAS</strong>USER
