assess an amount to each public authority for the recovery of central governance services. This<br />

fee, Ms. Mize continued, is expected to remain at $3.45 million.<br />

Ms. Mize went on to explain, that if following the adoption of the State’s fiscal year<br />

2012-2013 budget, changes are required, a modified operating budget will be presented to the<br />

Directors at a later date.<br />

Ms. Mize then stated that authorization is also being sought to approve the fiscal year<br />

2012-2013 non-programatic capital expense budget in the amount of $624,000 which will<br />

support the purchase of network equipment and related software, modifications to ESD’s<br />

website, software licenses and upgrades to dated communications equipment.<br />

Following the full presentation, the Chair called for questions or comments. Hearing<br />

none, and upon motion duly made and seconded, the following resolution was unanimously<br />

adopted.<br />

<strong>NEW</strong> <strong>YORK</strong> <strong>STATE</strong> <strong>URBAN</strong> <strong>DEVELOPMENT</strong> <strong>CORPORATION</strong> – (the “Corporation”)<br />

Authorization to Adopt Annual Operating Budget<br />

RESOLVED, that the Corporation hereby adopts the Annual Operating Budget for FY 2012-2013<br />

including subsidiary operating support and approves the Non-Programmatic Capital Expense<br />

Budget for FY 2012-2013, based upon the materials presented to this meeting, a copy of which<br />

is hereby ordered filed with the records of the Corporation; and be it further<br />

RESOLVED, that the proper corporate officers be, and they hereby are, authorized to take<br />

related actions as he or she may, in his or her sole discretion, deem necessary or proper to<br />

effectuate the foregoing.<br />
