Well-made skin in good condition except a small naked ari'u on l>elly; skidl
perfect. The specimen was first preserved in alcohol, but sliortly after coniiny:
to the Museum it was made into a skin.

AlcohoHc in fair condition. A few small bare spots, and the under side exten-
sively cut open to remove skull, but it has"been recently sewed up; skull perfet't.
No type designated by number. A skull is figured and marked "typical
specimen." .An examination of the 5 specimens collected In' Dr. Abbott shows
that the figured skull is No. .S5263, conseipiently the specimen to which it belongs
may tie regarded as the type.
