number 5533 calls for a '' T" jritidm, Puget Sound.*'<br />

Tliis specimen can not be found in the <strong>National</strong> <strong>Museum</strong>. Mr. James A. (i.<br />

Rehn has informed us it is now in the collection of the Academy of Natural<br />

Sciences, Philadelphia.<br />

for one over the other is shown, and all come from one locality.<br />

Fort Yuma, California, collected })y Alaj. G. II. Thomas, U. S. A.,<br />

in 1855. All were in alcohol. None of the .specimens can be found.<br />

In his ''List of Specimens" Allen says 36 individuals were under<br />

luunbcr 5867. The catalogue says 8 })ore that muulu'r.<br />
