20; and No. \'^jl (incorrectly de<strong>si</strong>gnated by Secretary Baird as No. 147), an<br />

adult male from Los Nogales, Sonera, Mexico. In many respects No. 10-47<br />

might be con<strong>si</strong>dered the type, as the diagno<strong>si</strong>s of the form and much of the<br />

description is based upon this specimen. The skin was in poor condition in<br />

Secretary Baird's time and has apparently been destroyed; the skull is in fair<br />

condition. This specimen was evidently con<strong>si</strong>dered the type In' Alilleraud Uelni<br />

(Proc. Boston Soc. Nat. Hist., XXX, p. 28.S, December, 1*)()1 ) as the type-locality<br />

given by them is Los Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.<br />
